SharedInbox is a shared inbox service built on Slack. It allows users forward their emails to their choice Slack account so that team members can collaborate and respond to the emails directly from Slack.
By using the service, you agree to be bound by this terms. You agree to indemnify and hold Everygood Inc harmless from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service.
You are responsible for every activity that occur under your account either by you or users you’ve granted access to.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
You can delete sources you've connected anytime by accessing the settings page of the source. To completely remove your account, kindly send a mail to [email protected] and all data related to your account will be completely removed.
SharedInbox offers a free plan you can get started with and two paid plans for premium users. The features and differences are detailed on the pricing page.
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel (downgrade to free) your subscription anytime. When you upgrade within an active billing cycle, the new charge will be prorated based on your existing subscription. This means you only get to pay what's necessary for the remaining period of the billing cycle. When you downgrade, your charge is prorated as well. In most cases, you will not be charged and will get extra credits towards the next billing cycle. When you cancel your subscription/downgrade to free, you will still enjoy your paid values till end of the billing cycle. Once the cycle is complete, your account will then be adjusted to the free plan.
Payments on SharedInbox is powered by Stripe, a leader in online payments. No card details is communicated with or stored on the SharedInbox server. Stripe takes care of this securely.
Note that your payment description will read "Every Good". This is the parent company for SharedInbox.
If for any reason you think you deserve a refund for any of your payments, kindly send a mail to [email protected] It will be promptly addressed.
We reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with prior notice.
Prices are subject to change upon 30 days of notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by sending a mail to users.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right, at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, to terminate the accounts of, and block access to any user who infringe any copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
SharedInbox gets data about you when you authorize with Slack, Gmail and Outlook; when you add your Yahoo or custom domain IMAP and SMTP details; and through third party sites used to power the service. The exact data, how it is collected and used is detailed below.
When you authorize SharedInbox with Slack, Slack shares an [access] token and some basic information concerning your organisation with SharedInbox. We use this for identification to be able to get and send data to Slack. We also ask you to provide some information used for identification during setup including a contact email as a means to contact you when necessary. We will also send app update mails to this email but those mails will come with an unsubscribe link you can unsubscribe with.
When you authorize Outlook, SharedInbox gets [access] tokens to read and send mails on your behalf (nothing more) and basic information like your name, profile picture and email for identification within the application. This is securely stored to enable the service continually get mails from your mailbox, send it to Slack and send replies or new mails as you.
When you add your Gmail, G Suite, Yahoo or custom domain email, password, IMAP and SMTP details, we securely store this as well to be able to effectively access your mailbox through IMAP, and send emails on your behalf through SMTP, both of which are standard mail protocols.
When you login, a tiny piece of information (called cookies) is stored on your browser for authentication purpose. These cookies only last during the browsing session and does not contain any sensitive data about you.
We use third party tools like Stripe (payment), Crisp (support) and Mailgun (emails). These tools use tracking technologies and collect data like IP address, Device identifiers, Web browser information, Page view statistics, Browsing history, Usage information and Log data (e.g. access times, hardware and software information). This data is used to analyse usage, provide support for you, protect against fraudulent, illegal or harmful actions and facilitate payment.
We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any information related to you to any third party. We may provide non-personal statistics about the service use, traffic patterns, and related metrics to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

All collected data are protected by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
You can request access to information SharedInbox has about you by sending a mail to [email protected]. We will send you a copy electronically. You can also request account deletion by sending a mail to the same address. All information related to your account will be removed within 24 hours of receipt.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any Personal Data about yourself to us.
